Sipnosis
Sini Ada Hantu bermula apabila dua orang pemandu van, Ah Meng dan Bakri yang telah ditugaskan pada saat akhir menghantar mayat datuk kepada majikan mereka di sebuah kampung dimana mereka perlu sampai ke destinasi keesokan paginya. Pada mulanya mereka menolak tapi apabila ditawarkan dengan upah yang lumayan mereke bersetuju.

Semasa dalam perjalanan, radio van tidak berfungsi bagi menghilangkan kebosanan dan rasa mengantuk, mereka berdua bercerita tentang kisah seram yang pernah mereka dengar. Bakri memulakan kisahnya ‘Hantu Pokok Pisang’… kisah wanita cantik yang menjelma dari pokok pisang.

Ah Meng mentertawakan Bakri dan mengatakan hantu melayu tak logik , Ah Meng mula menceritakan kehebatan hantu Cina pula ‘Hantu Nombor Ekor’ Kisah empat lelaki yang mengalami masalah kewangan lalu memuja roh untuk memberikan pertolongan dengan memberi nombor ekor.

Apabila Ah Meng habis bercerita, Bakri memberitahu Ah Meng cerita hantu cina lagi tak logik. Bakri memberitahu Ah Meng yang dia mempunyai cerita lain, tapi kali ini cerita ini mengisahkan hantu dari luar negera.

Ah Meng mula bercerita tentang seorang pelajar, Yakob yang dipindahkan ke sekolah baru kerana masalah disiplin. Yakob kemudian mendapati mereka semua takut pergi ke tandas di waktu malam kerana dipercayai tempat tersebut pernah dijadikan pangkalan tentera Jepun sewaktu Perang Dunia Kedua. Jelmaan hantu Jepun sering berkeliaran pada waktu malam.

Ketika Ah Meng ingin menceritakan kisah hantu yang lain, van mereka yang melalui ladang kelapa sawit yang gelap-gelita itu tiba-tiba rosak. Ah Meng terpaksa mencari bantuan, sementara Bakri menunggu keranda tersebut. Apabila Ah Meng kembali ke van tanpa bantuan yang sepatutnya, sesuatu telah berlaku…

Based loosely on the 16th century historical document entitled ‘The Malay Annals’, ‘The Chronicles of Merong Mahawangsa’ is an action-packed epic feature film, with mythical characters, magical moments and dazzling visual-effects sequences. Merong Mahawangsa was a descendant of Alexander the Great, a renowned naval captain and traveller who came to Asia several hundred years ago.

The year is 120 AD… a time when the Roman Empire is at the height of its power, during the reign of Hadrian – one of the Five Good Emperors. Meanwhile in China, the Han Dynasty is firmly cemented as the ruling empire and is expanding into Central Asia... one hundred years before the period of the Three Kingdoms.

As the Roman fleet did their repairs and traded in Goa, they asked Merong Mahawangsa to escort a Roman prince to Southeast Asia, to wed a beautiful Chinese princess from the Han Dynasty. The Chinese princess and the Roman prince are supposed to meet halfway and be married on neutral grounds.

However, the pirate nation of Geruda had other plans. They decided to kidnap the Chinese princess and use her as ransom. En route to the Straits of Melaka, Merong Mahawangsa’s fleet was attacked by Geruda’s forces while stopping at a small island to replenish supplies.

Will Merong Mahawangsa be able to rescue the Princess and re-unite her with her betrothed in a marriage that is set to bring together two great civilisations from the East and West?
